From the Legacy Series, this filter is Tested to NSF standards for the removal of microorganisms. These filters operate with minimal pressure drop and high flow rates, while efficiently reducing contaminants such as chlorine and chloramines.

They have garnered fame in the beverage industry for nearly a decade, as the only beverage system on the market that reduces damaging hardness and mineral buildup without salt or additives. With micro filtration of up to .5 microns at high flow rates, and engineered with ceramic matrix and hollow carbon technology, the Legacy Series achieves an excellent mechanical and chemical reduction.

All water filters have a specific life span after which bacteria can build up causing your water to be unsafe. Our Under the Sink Water Filters have media to kill bacteria; and it provides a full year of protection. After one full year, you must replace the cartridge for your own safety.
